May I ask what music file can be uploaded.

I have just discovered that MP3’s are not allowed. I understand the reasons why you would limit this so I am not going to a bang a drum on why you should.

However the website I have created is for an unsigned band and I wanted to play 4 of their songs.

Is there any song files I can upload like WMA or similar that I can play on the site?

Thank you.
Jacob
No, very doubtful that any sound/music files will ever be allowed due to copyright issues.

I thought as much.

However is it fine to host the bands mp3's elsewhere and use a flash app to play them on the website?

I believe if you use something like myspace steamer it's fine, but having any illegal music on your site is not allowed.

Certainly isn't illegal at all so no worries there.

Would hate to have the site hunter.gif out of the space so it shall only be band related biggrin.gif
