I am currently loged into phpMyAdmin.
When I try to logout the username and password screen pop up.
The webpage I am at is http://www.zxq.net/phpmyadmin/[color="#FF0000"][/color]
Both the logout links on the left side under phpMyAdmin and under Actions do not work.

If the user name/password box has popped up then you have logged out, so it's worked.
