Am new to zymic and i just upload a small site just to test some things. The problem is that i can't see my page

index.html needs to go into the root of your site, not a directory named 'httpdocs'

I seem to be having the same problem.

index.html is uploaded

not in a directory,

but nothing.

address is http://reachthecity.zymichost.com

You might have to access your site through a FTP client like FireFTP for FireFox or FileZilla Client to see if that activates your website.

ReachTheCity - your home page is working. However, it contains an HTML meta redirect to a page that doesn't exist...

how do i fix that. i have a domain www.reachthecity.org which is set to forward to reachthecity.zymichost.com (the domain host does not have ftp - i'm still learning about all of this)

Since you have your own domain, you don't need to forward it to zymichost.
Use zymichosts name servers and add your .org domain on your website control panel.

i have deleted and re-uploaded my files -- still cannot see page. i did the nameserver bit before. it messed up all of my email accounts. forwarding seems easier.

suggestions welcome.

after uploading files, how long should it take to be able to see them online?
