please help! i used xampp/phpmyadmin to create my database and i cant seem to figure out how to upload my database here? please help me.. i really cant find it in the control panel..

Go into PHPMyAdmin on your localhost and then make a MySQL dump that paste it in on the PHPMyAdmin on Zymic.
