No. What you are doing is known as a "cron job" and will get your account suspended. These processes cause far too much stress on the servers.

Oh, thanks for warning me Narzy, I didn't know that.
For solving this problem I will use teh strategy that I read from someone here on the forum: When a user access my page, I check if the time elpased is 15 minutes.

I have more questions:
-When someone access my website, I get the content of a game website (using php file() function). Is it allowed here?
- Am I allowed to create a shared memory segment? I will use PHP shared memory.
