ok. I know the layout kinda sucks right now, and i'm not really sure what to add to the layout. and unfortunately i'm still learning how to use photoshop. So just a little review of my site would help greatly.
and yes i know the template, wallpapers, and photos pages aren't setup yet, so you'll get 404 for those. But i'm mainly just looking for tips on the layout. I want to keep it small like it is, but i'm not sure what images to add where to the little header thing.

its very interesting.... i haven't seen a small site like that since 2002...
i would personally make a fixed width site.
you have too much white space (in this case black space)
you can do it, i see potential..

Yeah i figure maybe i'll make a background for the entire page. i think leaving the page black and having white slant marks everywhere would be too distracting.
maybe gray slant marks?

Maybe not even a patern just a lighter color like greyish...Black just looks plain

I'll check it out tomorrow, off to bed for now.
Any other comments or critiques would be greatly appreciated

Well the text on your pages could use some padding so it isn't on edge...

The layout is pretty good, and the use of an iframe is ok so long as you don't need to scroll across to view it.
However, the website seems a little empty. The banner definitely needs spiffing up, especially seeing as it's a gfx website. Also, color scheme is ok but gradient is cliche and boring, again, seeing as it's a gfx website. I'm against the nav and the content having the same bacground - they need to be somehow different because you've drawn a line separating them [you know what i'm talking about?]. The font used in the content and nav is a bit naff. You want something Sans Serif and boring, like the font used on this forum. Also, you could add to the background, a pattern maybe, scan lines wouldn't look too bad i guess, so long as the pattern is small and not too color-busy / distracting.
Otherwise, good work, bro!

Ok.
I changed the layout, added a little something too the header, nothing too exciting but it fills up some empty spaced.
i added some padding to the font and i changed the font.
I also lightened up the background color.
I'm not sure what color to use for the navigation area, any ideas?
other than that how does that look?

On the bottom right corner of the header, you can see a bit of whitespace where it is rounded, And the shape in the header is too plain, do some effects, maybe an orb... I am not sure about the navigation...maybe a dotted red border in between each item?

Ok i fixed up the banner a bit. I think it looks better now. As for the nav bar i'll leave it for now. haha it's too early in the morning to worry about it now (1:20 AM here

)
Let me know what you guys think of it!

added a shoutbox, and a lot more content is on my site now
take the site down, get better at photoshop, then make a new site in a 3-9 months time.

Not being mean or anything, but the shoutbox looks out of place and like it was just flung there.

if the above image is the website you guys are talking about, than it has some seriouse problems over FF.
Not to count the dirty, basic images that do not match.
But no harm, we all been trough this... even tho many of us will say no...

My major thoughts:

Other than that, well, its very plain.

And maybe, just maybe, you may want the page to scroll down below the browser instead of having an empty space below. (Sorry for my English)
