i cant display forums topics on my forum i can create them but i can not make them display,please help.

Do you have a link to your website/forum?

If you use phpbb go to administration panel. Then select forums. Then type the name of the forum you want in the create new forum bar near the bottom of the page and click create forum. Use the following settings.

-Forum Type: Catagory.

-Parent Forum: No Parent

-Copy Permissions From: Do Not Copy

-Enable Active Topics: Yes

-Now that you have set them click submit


Now go back to manage forums and click on the forum that you just created. Once inside the forum that you just created type the name of the forum you want to create in there using the add forum bar in the bottom right corner. Now click create new forum. Use the following settings.

Forum Type: Forum

Parent Forum: The forum you created earlier

Copy Permissions From: Do Not Copy

List Forums In Legend: Select Yes

List Subforum In Parent Forum’s legend: Select No

Enable Post Review: Select Yes

Enable Search Indexing: Select Yes

Enable Topic Icons: Select No

Display Active Topics: Select No

Topics Per Page: Set This To 0

Enable Auto Pruning: Select No

Auto Prune Frequency: 1 Day

Auto Prune Post Age: 7 Days

Auto Prune Post Viewed Age: 7 Days

Prune Old Posts: Select No

Prune Announcements: Select No

Prune Stickers: Select No

Now click submit and return to your forum index. It may look like mine. Check mine out by clicking here
