Hello,

I just signed up for the domain everything.zzl.org and although I can access the account from the browser, I can't access it over ftp and the following error message shows:

530 Login authentication failed

I'm sure I'm not mistyping my password and I've tried multiple times and also tried changing the password, but it is still the same. I'm using FileZilla.

Sorry. I hadn't read the "How To Use Ftp" thread, and didn't know I had to include the @etc.etc part. It's working now.
