HOW DO I CHANGE THE PHPBB site_logo to my own logo please help
Please help i dont which folder to put my image too,please help.

You can change it via your Admin Panel in site settings.

To change the phpbb logo you need to delete the logo_phpBB.gif from templates/subsilver/images and upload yours in its place.
Just rename your logo to logo_phpbb (size 200 x 91)and save it as a gif image,otherwise you will have to change this line in your overall_header file-
