The domains (UUUQ.com, VNDV.com, CLANTEAM.com, ZYMICHOST.com, 99K.org, ZZL.org, ZXQ.net) all belong to the owner. You cannot take these domains away. They are property of Zymic.
As for your mail() issue, it is able to be enabled. Jump on the livechat for help.

You can't, you will have to use one of the other hosting sites free subdomains. You can however pay $10 to have mail enabled on your zymic account.
