Does Zymic allow my members to upload attachments on my forum for other members to download?

If it is allowed and it is possible with it running in safemode, it's only going to be .zip files for Elder Scrolls mods.

For people that don't know, it IS legal to mod The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion.
Bethesda includes a Construction Set with the games so the users can mod the game how they see fit.

Anyway, is this allowed at Zymic so my members on my PhpBB3 forum to upload attachments in there posts?

And what is Gzip and am I allowed to enable it on my forum?
