I recently bought a Domain Name and I got it hooked up to my .zzl.org site, but when I type in the Domain, it just redirects to the sub-domain. How do I change this?

I got my previous problem to work, but another one arose.

I host I MyBB forum. When I change my forum's URL in the Admin Panel to my domain name, no one can log-in

This is fustrating

Thanks

at domain registrar control panel, chang the 'Points To' IP of A(Host) to the ip of .zzl.org server.
note: please dont add redirect url in the subdomain manager of the control panel, if done, delete it.
it is easy to user, good luck!

Well, I got that to work, now I have the trouble of it not keeping me logged in.

I am hosting a MyBB forum. When I change the forum URL to the domain name, it won't keep any members logged in.

I have never installed a myBB forum, but it could be a cookie path error,
if you can find the cookie path setting, chang it to "/" to see whether it works.

Go to AdminCP>Configuration>General Configuration and set the cookie path where it tell you to. If your board is installed in your root domain then it should contain /

If your board is installed in a folder called "forum" it should contain /forum/
