I've made a clan site on your hosting. I've installed webSPELL 4.2.1b
If anyone register on my website, he's got a message like "The activation mail could not be sent, please inform the webmaster about this".
I supported the webspell and they said:
1. Maybe your server doesn't support sending mail (mail function)
2. contact your hoster instead to tell them to fix their php mail() issues

Can you tell me if this is true and it's a php mail restriction of your host, is there any way to solve my problem?

mail() is one of our few paid options - it costs $10 to get it enabled. Come onto the live support to get this enabled.
