just signed up today and im having a problem applying my css file to my page. i have uploaded my pages and also my css file, but when i view it in the browser it is not applied.
if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

You both have to change permissions to your site. It is not set to public.

first of all your both web pages are under error 404 and not showing anything...
and I think the problem is under your css relation...
you have to mentioned under your <head> tag
your css path..or link....like...
<link href="cssname.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet"/>
then you can link with this to your web or html page..
I think the problem is under this...
if not then may be your css file is not uploading on the server properly...
make it confirm... and uploading properly and again.
I think then your probelem will be rectify...
