whit do i need to use as a user name and password is it my acc name and pass or what?

Well i've had this problem before, the Username u have to type is the login for your website, not your main account.

That did not work: Wrong username/password. Access denied.
so it will be like loging in to FTP?
UserName: player-noisebomb@zzl.org / Password: XXXXX

Login with Username: sitename_zzz_org_databaseusername(not databasename) and Password:databasepassword
