Even though I hve changed the nameservers to: NS1.ZYMICHOST.COM and NS2.ZYMICHOST.COM and have added it in my control panel, it still doesn't load. I have uploaded joomla files to the root. Any ideas?
UPDATE: when I visit my subdomain it works: http://chimneycleaning.zymichost.com/

maybe your host isn't pointed at the domain?
