Does anybody know of any scripts similar to that of the 99 designs site?

Little vague on that one Wozzym. What sort of script?

A contest script where a person can post what he or she wants to be made, and then people can post submissions. The contest holder then picks a winner after a certain amount of time.

I checked google, but nothing really showed up. I mostly just want a basic script so I can build and modify it myself.
