I get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cutenews/inc/install.mdu on this server.

Whenever I try to install cutenews. Any resolutions?

Set your CHMOD Settings to 7777 may work worked 4 me

You have to change CHMOD settings to some files before the installation... u should remove the 7777 permissions to some files too after installation, read the info files to see the chmod for all files.
