I'm very interested in this webhost as it is very generous in the allowed bandwidth and disk space. However, before I commit my self to using this service I need a few questions answered.

Is it possible to change any php settings at all? My current host does not allow the changing of any php settings and this is one of the motivations I have for leaving that host.

Is forum posting required to keep the free account open?
