i tried to add my own domain i did the steps like the tut' and its telling me :

This domain is disallowed. This domain cannot be added, since it is currently resolving to an IP address. Please try adding this domain again when it is no longer registered.

You need to go to wherever it was before you tried assigning it here and you need to remove it from there before you can add it here.
