Hello,
I'm trying to upload Joomla 1.5.15, but I can't upload one file- CHANGES-2.1.0 (Joomla_1.5.15\libraries\openid\CHANGES-2.1.0). What should I do?

I installed Joomla without this file. Does it make a difference? Everything seems right...

It's merely a changelog, tracks changes from version to version, so it won't have any effect at all with not having it.
