I live in the UK, I am planning to give my theory test. The problem is I get around 35 - 39 in my practice, and you need 43 to pass. I do not want to wait no longer because you never no they might change it any time as we are getting closer to 2010. What I am trying to say is the questions in the CD/DVD are made to be harder right? I pass my HPT but not the 50 questions.

I am not getting anywhere, I am jsut worried they might raise it to 80 questions, what should I do?
