I just cant find an option to create it... call me stupid... I know XD I tried to do it by using "My account managment" (I even already created a web) but still, I cant find an option to create an uuuq one XD

That server was filled up a long time ago and closed. That domain is not currently available. You only have the option of creating a website with the sub domain on the current server.
