Please review the graphical design, i know the content is kinda on a bad slope, but hey, it's in the making

it's Looking quite good for a site in the making. I'd say it's quite plain and simple. You need to add some more graphics and some effects. But I'm liking the color combination, blue and black. I'd like to see the finished site though

seems too dark for my tastes. Maybe you should brighten up the content background to a light grey with black text. As it stands the content blends in too much. The menu also looks overly complex, maybe you should simplify the design some to make it look more smoothly integrated into the site.

Better get my two cents in .. I think it looks pretty good for in the making and I'm sure since November you've been working on it making adjustments, refining and what not. My eyes were almost immediately placed in attraction to the 3-piece Blue. I ponder that a two piece might be nicer if it was a small left (Date and Time) section above the left side partition and the second piece continuing over the main body content all the way to the right (this way it wouldn't look like piecework) and the two would conform to the form of the body not being out of proportion.

there's a massive gap between the nav and the content, and the way the header is sectioned up doesn't logically guide the eye to anything, just seems a little random
I like the background of the header. maybe the layout would look nicer if you used that same type of background for the subheadings.... to keep a consistent theme. I like the date button btw, it really goes nicely with the theme.
The background of the bar that the subheadings are placed on - where it says "Navigation" and "Unexpected Error" - looks tacky, probably because the gradient is too steep and that clashes with your lovely soft header

Hello! I like its design as well. And color combination seems to me very nice. All that I'd like to add are - some pics, graphics, effects.

Add some cool logo to your hearder and slogan as well.

Too dark, needs slight improvements in navbar and content area too, but other than that it's nice in my opinion
