After logging in it says I will be redirected to the site's control panel but afterward it will say that I’m not logged in @ control panel and will be redirected back to the control panel home page

I have tryed http://www.hosting.zymic.com/password.jsp from the post I found in search http://www.zymic.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3006 I would have posted their but it’s a closed post

when I tryed to change site password I get wrong username/email error my site is worktestsite.99k.org(I did use only worktestsite on change password)

been trying to login few times each day i have never once been able to login to this site

I was able to login few weeks ago but now I have the same issue
after logging in a screen pops up saying

You have successfully logged in. You will now be redirected back to the homepage.

however, after that redirect I'm not logged in
