Hello,
This is to import your settings, posts and every other setting from another wordpress blog.

I have this same problem. I recently moved from being hosted by wordpress.com to zymic. I have enabled changes and excecutions on my site files and I still have the same message. What do I need to do to resolve this issue huh.gif ?

Anyone know the answer to this?

You may laugh off but this is what I've done.
After I found setting up the permission 777 to wp-content/uploads didn't help, I manually created the folder called "2010" which contains sub-folders from "01" to "12"(I set the permission of 777 for those folders just in case) under wp-content/uploads. So far, I can upload the contents.
I made the folders up to 2013 and see if I will still be using the blog at that time...
