I'm trying to access the Zymic's web services, but it fails every time. Every time I try to login, the system return "Login successful". However, it doesn't show the ZCP and return to the Zymic home page.

Anyone is having the same problem?

This is most often caused by your browser. Try clearing your cache, or try using a different browser. If neither of those things help, please join our livechat and ask for some help there.

I cleared the cache, tried different browsers (Firefox 3.6, IE, Opera, Chrome), used different computers, but it still doesnt work. Do you any idea to solve this problem?

When you tick the [Remember me] checkbox, it works...

Try as Taka has said and check the "remember me" box.

Hi i cant log into the control panel either, i have tried 3 different browsers with no luck also there's no reply of live chat, i could do with some ideas people cheers

I keep on getting this after successfully logging-in

And then it takes me back to the ZCP and I redo the process over and over again...
