I logged myself in and went to go register a new web host. I got directed to the page that says "You are not logged in!" It then redirected me to a page that said, "You cannot create a new account whilst logged in."
I'm having trouble accessing certain parts of the site because of this. I tried logging out and then back in multiple times but that didn't help at all. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Try checking the remember me box when logging in.

i'm having the same issue even with the rememer me box checked a unchecked. i reset my browser cookies and made sure the settings where correct but i'm still have the same problem

I got a same problem too!
It indicated that i am login when i type the passwod of the control panel
but then it redirect to a page and respond that i am not login!!!

Like Ed said, try ticking the remember me box, and it will work.


If you're using a public computer, just remember to hit logout before you get off the terminal.
