Thanks! It's been so long since I've actually done anything related to web building due to regular WORK (was promoted to Manager last January and has just been crazy since then) that I hope I didn't lose my touch :S

I can't believe you're still there, I was working at a call center over in Gateway, Alorica (it's in the sony building). I was there for about 4 months and nearly killed myself. Ended up getting fired for lateness, I kept taking long smoke breaks, or extra ones. I honestly didn't care about that job at all...

It was for the Costco Concierge, free tech support for any TV, Computer, or basically any electronic device you bought at Costco, surprisingly not many rude people, just the job was tedious and the managers kept making it harder to do my job. They ended up taking google away from us and told us to use the "Knowledgebase" on the intranet, the articles in their KB were years old and half the information wasn't relevant to anything we were getting calls in. (Though I was in the PC queue, the TV parts of the KB were relevant, but TV calls were the easiest... "Does it turn on in anyway?" "No? Okay you need it serviced" "yes? have you tried checking all the wires?" "Ok it works now? Thanks have a good day"
