In the past few weeks an ongoing attempt to transfer files to a new fileserver without distruption to the service has taken its toll on the speed of serving stored files and an increased overall time this transfer will take.

After much deliberation, it has been decided to take some services offline to aid the move.

The following services will be affected:

• FTP [Offline]
• Hosting registration [Offline]

Fileman will still remain online.

This includes the following domains:

• 99k.org
• clanteam.com
• zxq.net
• zymichost.com
• zzl.org

Users may experience temporary downtime while being pointed to the new server, an error page will state this, so it is advisable to read any error pages prior to informing us of an issue.

Time for this process to take place is dependant largely on how many files have been transfered during snapshots, so at this time we can't give an indication to a timeframe; rest assured, it will be completed within the least amount of time possible.

It should be noted, that issues experienced with MySQL are not affected by this change, we are working on resolving MySQL issues after this transfer has been completed.

Time for an update, first snapshot of files are over and all sites are now using the new file server.

What you may experience is old files, give it time and your files will update. This is caused by the delay between snapshots, rest assured, your changes are still stored and it's just a matter of time before they appear.

You can still upload the changes, the old changes won't overwrite them.
