howdy people, so i made my wordpress.org installation and it works just fine, but i wnat tobackup my database, so i dont have to make my pages and posts all over again, bet i cant do it, im trin to use the wp-db-backup plugin, i tried other, but they just dont word. this is want eror most of them give me

I'm sorry, your server administrator has disabled passthru(), system() and exec(), thus you cannot use this backup script. You may consider using the default WordPress database backup script instead.

whats the problem with it, i chmod all the plugins to 777 but it still doesnt work, so, what the deal, oh and teh phpmyadmin page is very slow, or doesnt work,. pls helpppp
