hi all why cant i access my phpmyadmin? i have entered all the account data zymic web hosting has sent me still access denied.

phpMyAdmin requires you to use the database credentials, these are the details for the user you've assigned to a database, as opposed to your account login.

I HAVE CREATED MY SQL DATABASE.
I CAN ENTER TROUGHT MYPHPADMIN.
BUT I WANT TO ENTER TROUGHT NAVICAT (is a mysql administrator for windows) AND I CAN´T CONFIGURE THE DATA CONNECTION CORRECTLY.
I PUT THE CORRECT ITEM INFORMATION BUT IT STILL CANNOT CONNCET.

MI SITE: torbellino.uuuq.com
MY database name: alex90
my username is: alex90
pass username: 1234

In myphpadmin i put alex90 in username and 1234 in field password and i can login sucessfully.

But Navicat require:
host name/IP adress: i put uuuq.com (i think it is correctly)
port: i put 3306
username: i put alex90
password: 1234

And says "Host is not allowed tu connect to this Mysql server"

May any genius help me?

ezca: Your database name info will end up being:

Database Name: torbellino_alex90
Username: torbellino_alex90

You can't log in via Navicat - outside connections are not allowed.

I have a problem, very weird....
Here my data:

omichih-karel.uuuq.com

so... my user name and name for my database is: user (both)
I have tried to connect using user as user name and the password and nothing... then with omichih-karel_user as user and neither works....
What is my error? it's so simple but I don't know why happen that

I don't know what exactly happen, but maybe was the user length (omichih-karel_user = 18) I changed it from user to us and works
