Looks like the webpage has been cleared
Are you the only one with local administrative access to the webpage, I believe I would replace the page from my backup and then change my passwords (or vice versa).
Keep an eye on the page for a while (might want to check your local environment for malicousness/viruses/extended threats) to see if it changes all by itself again. This is a good start.
