Hello all, I'm just begin to use Zymic web hosting, but here is the problem.

I want to clean all my database and folders, and one file named ".ftpquota" can not delete, via FileZilla

when I check my control panel, it shows no folders and files.

And I can not modify its permission, shows "550 Prohibited file name: .ftpquota"

I only want to start all over again, but encounter this problem, please help, thank you!!!

.ftpquota is a system generated file which cannot be edited. There is no need to delete it. Just start again with your website and it will be fine.
