I am a new user in Zymic with

www.mktdu.uuuq.com

When I use FileZilla for FTP if i use username as mktdu@uuuq.com the following message showd

530 Login authentication failed
Could not connect to server

but if i use mktdu only as username it get connected
But when I want to upload files it shows

Response: 150 Accepted data connection
Response: 550-This file will exceed your monthly bandwidth of 50000 MB.
Response: 550-You cannot transfer it at this time.
Response: 550-
Response: 550 0 Kbytes used (0%) - authorized: 6144000 Kb
Status: Retrieving directory listing...

But not a single MB transferred via my website. Then what is the problem??

I have the same pb...

I used only 1MB

Today, I saw the folder, but when I tried to replace the index.html file it just deleted it and showed some error message. NOW INDEX.HTML DOESN'T EVEN EXIST LOL
it always shows the same error...

I´m having the same problem. When i try to upload a file, it says "550-This file will exceed your monthly bandwidth of 50000 MB.". I have tried several ftp programs, but all give me the same error message.

Hi Jack,

I have a Macbook and I'm using iweb for publishing my website, my ftp app is cyberduck and i have others as well, i have successfully connected to the zymic server and my ftp but files dont upload they keep on giving me errors, whats the reason for that?

Apparently this is a known problem. People are on it, so everyone just sit tight and wait. :-)

It should be rectified soon.

What's going on??? FTP is down anytime I logging in..! WTF? I tried to update my main "index.php" file and FileZilla successfully deleted it from FTP. But when it tried to upload the new one, it crashed with "Can't start transfer". Aaaarrrghhhh! my site is: enjoyinc.uuuq.com

The FTP will be fixed within 24 hours. (The error about exceeding your bandwidth). Right now there is no other option to upload your website, so just wait til it's fixed.

Select the IPB folder.
Click Upload.

But if you're going for a forum, I suggest myBB. It's much better, and free.

Increase the timeout length to 2 minutes. It's somewhere in the settings.

For some reason, .99k server is always acting up. It bounces visitors about 50% of the time and it doesn't always load in the browser. When I use Filezilla, most of the time it can't connect to the server.

Is it the server? Or am I doing something wrong?

I fixed my other problem but I have a new one.

My other problem is every time I try to visit my website it says Page Not Found. I added my index.html and the folder with all the site files on the site using a program called classicFTP witch is a mac program. Is Zymic not compatible with macs or something? If that is true or you have the answer to my problem let me know.

I tried to set the timeout into 120 secs. But I still can't connect with the same report as before. Any other idea?

I am having the same issues. I have a few sites now and the original one i created has a zxq.net domain and my other three that i recently made have a uuuq.com domain. The zxq.net one connects without any problems, but all of the uuuq.com ones all tell me a 530 Login authentication failed.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but it used to work, and still does occasionally. Not only is the FTP not working, sometimes the website doesn't either.

hi, i got some problem when open my site and the ftp , the url is http://pprate.uuuq.com/

when i open it, i got Page Load error, Address Not Found
it same with the ftp

Same to me, I'm using Total Commander to connect the server
