I am having trouble accessing my website from Zymic.com, however I am able to access the website via ftp. I tried logging into my account but it would not let me - it didn't even recognize my username. I ended up re-registering with the same username and it allowed me to, but now when I log in it says that I do not have any hosted websites. I'm not sure what to do, so any help would be great. Thanks!
By the way, I'm not sure if this helps, but my website is a uuuq.com website

Check your e-mail for your account user name and if you are using a mac make sure that you have the rember me clicked and it will let you log on just dont put your website name as your user name at all

I looked back into my emails to check my username and password (the username that was not my website), and zymic did not recognize my username at all. My guess is that it is an admin thing and that somehow my zymic login information has been lost or removed, while my website is still fine. I appreciate your help (and still do), however in the mean time I am going to email the admin just in case it is a specific admin problem.

You can just to to the Zymic help chat at irc.zymic.com and they can help you though there

So, I have tried everything to log in to my website without any luck. I am almost completely sure that my username has been removed somehow, because when I try to log in with the username that was given to me ("jischoler", which is not the name of my website) I cannot log in with that username and password, nor does the site recognize my username when I try to reset the password. I hear that administrators look at the forums more than email sometimes so I am trying here. If I am mistaken and someone else is able to help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.
