Let me first answer the question relating to the language. You must predict who your visitors/members will be. By predicting that, you will be able to gain an idea of what kind of hosting plan you will need and how to determine your design. If you are aiming to make a site for a specific club or group from a certain country, I say just make it one language, but if it is a site meant for more than one country, then you should use English as it has been titled "the World's official language."

The layout is nicely coded using Tables. From observing the codes, it seems that you have a pretty good understanding of the general HTML using tables. I would suggest you start using more css and base it on css as well. Instead of tables try using <Div> tags. In my opinion, the navigation needs a bit of a improvement; both of the navigation. For sub nav items such as 'FORGOTTEN HOPE 2' (I believe it belongs under the category of Battlefield) you should use a different symbol other than the +. It's hard to distinguish weather or not it is a sub item. Not sure why, I don't like the banner. I would suggest you try something different. It looks a bit too plain and the orange begins to hurt your eyes after a little while.

Quick question: Did you code the CMS yourself or are you suing a pre-coded one? If so which one?

Its hard recoded / modded Php Fusion.
It would take too long (maybe forever) to code a CMS all by myself. I must say - i am doing it all by myself.

It looks really nice, but I agree with IamShipon, if you want a larger audience, go for the English language.

I really like the site layout I think everything goes all together even though on a itouch it looks really nice.

As for the language I always put more than one language. You can use CSS to put different languages, the style changer script can be really cool if youvan trick it a little.
