Hi, I was notified today that my website tsauto.uuuq.com was offline, it displayed a notice something along the lines of "log into the panel and reactivate your hosting". I logged in to realise that all of the html files were deleted, the php files (I have plogger installed) are still there but my site content is gone.

Why did this happen?

We sent out an email over 6 months ago checking for inactive accounts. Those web site hosting accounts that did not reactive were emptied to make more space on the server.

I never received such an email. As such my files are lost.
