Not bad, but the text is kinda hard to read, and maybe it's just me, but i think there's a little too much blue...

I like the colours, but the text blends with the buttons a bit too much so it is kinda hard to read, maybe change the colour a bit darker.
Looks like it would be a pain to code lol

The main content area, the Photoshop logo - what is that all about? Maybe you should actually put in some structured content (a text header and a paragraph of http://lipsum.com) to enable us to see what it would look like with proper content.
The outer shadow glows are too dark, lighten them.
You need to have a different shade of background for the inner main content area box, rather than being transparent, as this will distinguish more of a focus on the main content area.
The navigation structure seems a bit random, usually you have the main links on the header, instead of the footer, this is something to consider for accessibility reasons. The buttons also look too techy/futuristic but I guess this is the general look of the layout.

What? I didn't say it was bad at all, but like most things, theres always room for improvements. I like to be blunt with reviews.

I'm glad Jack didn't delete it yet. It's a very nice showcase piece although it is incomplete. This will show how you gather your ideas and how your community helps you. Which in my opinion and experience is the best display material for your personal site. When employers hire people, they want to see if you can give them what they want and although this thread shows that you indeed do make mistakes, you know how to resolve them.
I completely agree with Jack with the improvement on the templates and I would actually love to see the finished product. It is one of the greatest work pieces with such blue theme I have seen this year...(not because it just turned 2008).

Great layout by the way, better than most people can do. I think everyone's said what needs to be, so I think redundancy should be avoided. I'll STFU now.
