I think it looks pretty decent. What I don't understand, however, is why the a:hover is green. Nothing else on your website contains that colour.
Something else that I noticed was that this image disappears when visiting any page but the index page. Some of the graphics could also be improved.

Unlike Evelynchen, I don't think you should create a forum board. I mean, why would you do that?
Everything is explained on the website, people can contact you when necessary.. which is why I don't think a forum board would be active.
