Get rid of the crown, take off the "inner/outer glow" setting on all text everywhere

Find a san serif font that goes with the sleek style.

Lower the shadow on all your elements, darken the background to a navy blue

the Your Company Here text is really bad, if I were you i'd just get a normal logo and not use any text on the flashy orb.

Scanlines always look unattractive, esspecially on content boxes

Navigation needs a revamp

its not bad, i like the colors. you might wanna cut down on all the blank space and use less gradient/glow. also, you might wanna try out some different fonts.

Actually I like it very much but the logo (crown + your company here) is too huge and very disturbing... I can't keep looking at it too long... I don't know why though. Try making something smaller and possibly something that fits there more... also make the logo using more colors... for example it could contain blue, yellow and orange or something like that.

But it's nice design.
