I didn't have much time to do this, but I've got this far and i think it looks really grey and boring
I want to fit some pattern or C4D in somewhere but I don't know how to fit it in with the layout, without messing up the text or something.

not bad.... tho the leaf in the logo i don't think is necessary and theres alot of white....

It's got an air of 'environment & conservation' about it. Besides, that white looks elegant.

Maybe a faded leaf [a vector shape with solid/gradient fill] as a background?

You need to take care doing "clean" layouts... some "green" parts are strange.
