Huh thats awkward. Google's border properties are overlayed, meaning that they should appear event if it is just an image ad (sort of a hovering boarder). It is possible that their image server was lagging and therefore could not process the ad on your site on that time. By the way, you may want to proof read your blog entry. It has some grammar error and words that are not supposed to belong there.

Their image server was not lagging, this image showed quite a few times, this is how it was meant to be. Just a little ugly and wondered what peoples thoughts were. I will correct those grammar errors now, edit: hopefully done now. I should proofread a bit more.

Lol...it's a lot better than before, but there are still errors. Don't worry not everyone is perfect. I make many errors myself, so I'm not trying to downgrade you or anything. Well I would hate that. For one, it will and does not match my layout at all. Secondly, almost everyone knows that I hate those kind of sites. They are worthless piece of garbage.

edit: hopefully all the errors are fixed Microsoft Word definitely comes in handy. Also I reviewed my other posts and they are pretty bad, I've edited them all now so hopefully they are fixed, and posting in future will also be reviewed before publishing.
