Would this: Visit My Website fall under the category "developed website" or is it in danger of being taken down because it is only a fragment of a bigger project? I need a hoster like this to host the browsable API documentation while the download of the files themselves and other information is at google and splattered across some forums. I do all this stuff and wrote these files myself and provide it all for free and I cannot (and do not want to) spend money for commercial hosting for content of this kind.

I ask because the term "developed website" is not entirely clear. I understand that the primary intention is to keep users from uploading warez. This is not what I intend. I only wonder how strict the term "developed website" will be interpreted and if I can now link to it without fearing that my account here will simply vanish over night.
