Pretty simple layout. nothing too special, but i'm new to layouts and could use the feedback.

I dont really like the background that you've used for the header, links and main content. But thats just my opinion.

I cant really say anything because im new to layouts aswell so i don't know what would make it look better. Maybe a footer?

The filter you seem to have used does not look good, i'd recommend removing that.

Red doesn't go with any of this, and the buttons look out of place
