hi. i just create a Web Host Account, but i can't seem to log in to the site. after i clicked on the Site Log In button, it showed Your account login has been successful, please wait while we transfer you to your account!, then it'll go to a page says You currently are not logged in to a site. Please log-in through your Zymic Control Panel, and it redirects me back to the login page again. i tried to log in again and again but the thing still comes out. may i know how could i solve this problem?

What Browser you using?

Additionally to the browser and cookie setup, can you provide us also with the country you are from (people in Malaysia have been reporting this issue) and the ISP you use.

You should be able to use a proxy such as one located on http://www.privax.us

im using internet explorer 7.0, and i tried with mozilla firefox as well, same thing came out. i already set the cookies restriction to the lowest at the Internet Options. no changes as well. im from singapore, my isp is Singnet .

and i used internet explorer 7.0beta4 andcookies restriction to the lowest at the Internet Options.

I also have this issue. The screenshot below shows what I see when accessing my {name}.zxq.net account.



I created a new account {name}.zymichost.com and I get the screenshot below and almost instantly re-directed to the correct page.



I have tried all of the following:

IE6 - Windows XP
IE7 - Windows XP
IE7 - Windows Vista
Firefox - Windows XP
Firefox - Windows Vista
Opera - Windows XP
Opera - Windows Vista
Safari beta 3.04 - Windows XP
Safari beta 3.04 - Windows Vista
Safari 3 - Mac OS 10.5.1
IE - Mac OS 10.5.1
Firefox - Mac OS 10.5.1

None of the above work on my {name}.zxq.net account.

Any Ideas?

The unstyled version of the login page usually means you have entered the wrong password. I had a similar problem a while ago.

I set the same password for both accounts, so this may not be the reason why. I can't delete the account either because I cant enter the control panel.

I'm from Singapore and ISP is singnet.
I'm having the same problem as well....

99% of the time this means you have entered in an incorrect password.

imk having the same problem so i thought i should just post in here instead of starting another topic for the same problem.

But for me only the first message comes up when i login to the site and iv tried this over and over again same results i typed in the PW right and i also trioed copying it from the e-mail but still won't log me in when i try to it says:


Account Login

Your account login has been successful, please wait while we transfer you to your account!
and then nothing it just says that kind of like freezes at that it does not redirect me to anything.

Mine does the same exact thing. I have the right password and everything >.<

I have three domain name and same password
abc.99k.org -----for this site i can log in
def.zzl.org and ghi.zzl.org for same password I can not
i don't no why
