5 minutes ago I learnt that the one we know as Colin is a traitorous BASTARD. He's leaving the Glitches Exposed scene, fine. Because he thinks he can run it better in his own hands. Hah. That's no biggie, I don't mind competition however.

1. How can you run a website that you never helped before? You added what? 4 glitches? I added like 10 damn games. Not many atm, but at leasr I contributed something to the website. Did you? No, so screw you.

2. You're trying to steal the name I created. I don't mind a bit of competition. But it's different with webhosting websites, gaming communities, etc. I want to make it clear that it was I and I alone who made the name Glitches Exposed. I was the one who made the website as it is now, I started the whole thing. You did not.

And you think ownership of a domain name justifies your case? It justifies NOTHING. You own a DOMAIN NAME. That's like saying if I had brought a game name (let's use "Doom 3" for an example) and bought the domain www.doom3.com are you saying I now have legal rights to the game titled "Doom 3" as well? Hell no. id Software do, they created the game, I just squatted on their domain. It DOES NOT mean I own Doom 3 though. Just like it DOES NOT mean you own Glitches Exposed. You're just renting my damn land.

I have proof here that backs this up. I posted here asking if my idea was a decent one, I got good feedback (thanks for that Zymic) and so I started the website at Zymic.com. It was a good starter site, but it needed more. So I allowed you to help me. I was afraid this was going to happen, I was also afraid that you'd steal my site. So I conducted a plan to buy hosting and my own domain and switch them over. I told you time and time again, Colin, that I wanted help. I NEEDED help with the website, you refused to help me.

You wanted to become partner with me, and you abused the right. I hate liars and I hate cheats. You've lied to me from the beginning. You only wanted to steal my idea. So for that, just let me say a big FUCK YOU. I won't go down without a fight. I can take this into court if you'd like. I do legally own copyright to Glitches Exposed and all it's files. How do I?

Simple. As soon as something is in WRITTEN FORM whether in document or even document-type online, it is immediately copyrighted to the owner of said document unless otherwise stated. I stated my ownership clearly with a "Copyright Joshua Smellie 2007" at the bottom of it (on original website). Go ahead, try and fight me, but at least I ain't fucking lazy.

I live to make websites. You obviously don't. You live to STEAL websites from other people. I'm going to love seeing how much you fuck this up. I probably did already, but at least I TRIED to feed the gaming community with something they'd like. You just fed your own heart out with my ideas. I'm heart-broken, disgusted and shocked that you could ever do such a thing.

Oh, btw Colin. I don't suppose you signed us up for 57,000 websites did you? I did (with help of course). You didn't do a spot of advertising. I tried. I just got it done, in fact. Only to find you to do this. Do you know how hard I've worked to get this site going? No, you don't. You shall never know. And you shall never see it grow. You fucked it over before it could make a name of itself. You've screwed yourself over.

I am not a regular here, I do not plan on making a glitches site but I do not want to run a site with you, I registered the domain name and am keeping it. Flame me all you want but at the end of the day you have wasted your time, I am not trying to make an eneme here, If you had taken the time to listen on MSN you would understand that I am willing to have a page where it links to your site for a few Months on glitchesexposed.com. I would like to talk to you more so please email me. I am not going to argue with you however. I did not ask to be a part of GE. with the intention of stealing it, I have NOT stolen the site.

Drama that shouldn't be on a forum. Also you don't own the name glitches exposed, duh, unless you trademarked I which I seriously doubt you did. Coming up with some kind of name doesn't automatically give you rights for it, there is a reason people make their living off of domain squatting.

Fine then, I'll go and trademark it. I ain't fussy man.

But then the fact that I registered it before you trademarked it, But me and Joshua have talked and this dispute is over.
