i would recommend using filezilla

FileZilla worked fine before. Now I get an "access denied", and no login.

I'll mention also that when I tried to IRC chat via the control panel (for support), it said something about my IP being blacklisted!

IP 190.43.185.225 and my ftp username is palmer_99k




Ok, I was able to FTP from another IP address (different country). So would you please remove the IP blacklist range, that encompasses my IP address I work from. The blacklist is incorrect.
