I made an other thread requesting that one of my accounts be deleted because it can't be longer than 15 characters and it let me register the name anyways. I had to create a new user name with this company just so I can request that the account be removed. So far, my requests have not yet been satisfied along with a reply to that thread. I hope I am not being too rude here. I guess I got too used to being on my other host's technical support forums and getting an answer within a 12-24 hour time window.
It's a ridiculous error page and it will soon be replaced with something far more verbose.
Sorry for not responding to your thread, we do try to respond to every bug that has not been covered before. I don't think we've come across the 15 character limit bug so you should of had a response and thanks for taking the time to report it. As I'm sure you can appreciate we see a large percentage of topics posted which contain the answer in another thread and we're planning a f.a.q for these situations.
I can appreciate your request to remove the hosting account, the issue is that we don't have the capability to remove accounts and all that is associated with them in an efficient manner as of yet; we soon hope to have this though. If you search the forums we have stated this many times.
If you PM me with your username and password to the zymic account (not the hosting) which contains the hosting you can't login in to, I can change the password for you.
