Is there a training centres in the development of Web sites through ??????????? (Free)

For example:
Learn how we work projects and sites possibilities Good

I wish only income experience and I develop myself in this area

But I do not want to Theoretical study
I want that worked practical means to write code

I make web site and I add to it 3 functions such as
1 - login
2 - contact us
3 - voting
But I do not know what other function that can add to my site

I know the rules of writing language php
But the need for more practical training

Well if you like reading, you can learn much of what is needed from Tizag. However, they are not technically a school. I learned much on php from that site and from php.net
